Changing the perception of office space and livework
What Goes Up Must Come Down
CaB Studios have been at the forefront of changing the way business
can perceive office space and livework within the UK serviced office market.
Having looked long and hard at the conventional offer, CaB declare it is apparent
that tenants have limited and in many cases a very unconsidered choice when it comes
to selecting what is essentially brand fit for their business image, a benefit to
the balance sheet and most importantly productivity through their staff's internal
culture.
Shaping The Way
CaB's innovative brand positioning, service concepts and interior designs have
helped to shape the way in which grown up companies can purchase lower overhead
premises and yet instantly start working in the most stylish environments with
flexible growth opportunities.
These ideas and concepts have been delivered and realised at very reasonable
prices that have had very little impact on the usual fit out cost to the building
owner, yet have niched the product in market and created demand. Style - it's
priceless if you've got it, it's a billion pound commodity if you don't - is a
slogan well versed by the CaB team and a line learnt many years ago by co-founder
of the team James Allaway.
Setting Trends
James Allaway, visionary for the new wave of office offering is a specialist in
the brand environment. Having worked extensively for a number of high profile hotel
brands Allaway, who turned his skills to the office market when he realised the gap
in 2005, understands how to control cost yet develop style and corporate comfort at
a new level.
“Refreshing your vision everyday to see how it can be done differently”
is what Allaway says drives him to aspire to new ways of delivering products and brands
into market. “Seeing what could be desired tomorrow, rather than what is wanted
today” is exactly how CaB studios set about modestly trend setting in the markets
they choose to work within.
A More Sensible Approach
Having developed super stylish environments for the property market and engineered
a new wave of product that is as far removed from the usual architects stone cold vision
of what a reception should be you would think that CaB were in development of the next
big luxurious thing - but you could not be more wrong.
“In the current climate we want to provide the market with a more sensible
approach” enforces co-founder Ben Wood, “we want to provide everyone from
new start ups to established businesses feeling the pinch, great environments at a
price that will seriously affect their bottom-line - whilst not compromising too much
on all the great little touches CaB like to bring to the party.”
Staying In Tune
CaB have great aspirations in the property market for the next five years and can
already see the CEO's attitude towards ‘being seen to be doing the right thing - in
more ways than one’ is starting to harbour some of the key drivers for business image
and productivity. Many businesses are failing to balance the carbon footprint effect
with a positive P&L.
CaB studios are working with the very best in the UK property market to deliver first
class property solutions through product and promotion that is in tune with the market
conditions.
