Exclusive Hotels is a group of the highest calibre family owned hotels within England.
We have had the privilege of bringing our hotel experience to the group to evolve their traditional market positioning to the younger high society and aspirational market.
We realigned the brand for consistency and rolled out the improved look and feel over four hotels, two golf courses, one spa and over five individual destinational restaurant experiences. We continue to evolve Exclusive Hotels into one of the world’s greatest hotel brands.

To maximise retention and to continue to communicate with the customer we devised a range of stunning newsletters which are sent out to the highly segmented and controlled database in print and electronic formats on a quarterly basis.

Undertaken a range of product identities for the group and their Michelin star restaurants.

Design and production of a 120 page Exclusive cookbook which we published for sale with a key drive for promotion of the restaurants and the brand.

Information effectiveness, accessibility, usability and interactivity are paramount in the user experience of the site whilst behind the scenes the internal content team are responsible for the daily updates and real-time sales and marketing.
